| Description | Detective Conan or as Americans know it Case Closed is a story about a kid named Jimmy (Shinichi). Jimmy is a high school teenager/student who is a world-class detective he is know worldwide and will have a excellent future and it doesn?t matter if he is only a teenager he is smart for his age. Jimmy?s idol is the detective Sherlock Holmes and he wants to be just like him, some people call Jimmy the Sherlock Holmes of the present era. Although Jimmy is a teenager police and other detectives sometimes asks for his help and like always Jimmy solves it. Jimmy is 17 years old and he has one famous phrase which is ?Only one truth prevails?. Jimmy likes a girl from his own school which her name is Rachel (Ran) Moore (Mouri) which is a great judo fighter, although she is a girl, she can kick anybody?s butt. Rachel and Jimmy both like each other but they never admit it. One day Jimmy was solving a case on a carnival but after the night he saw some suspicious characters dressed in black robes and went after them and Rachel had a bad feeling that he would never see him again. When Jimmy saw the man his partner knocked him out and placed a experimental poison pill but when Jimmy woke up he found out that he was a kid again that the pill had a side effect on him. He went running to his house and the house is big and empty. Jimmy?s parents moved to America and he didn?t want to go so he said that he would stay to try and live by himself. Jimmy went to Dr. Agasa to tell him he was turned into a kid, he didn?t believe him but he got convinced. Dr. Agasa said to not reveal his identity cause if the men in black knew they would com to finish the job. Dr. Agasa is Jimmy?s doctor that lives beside his house but hes a doctor of technology. Rachel came in and saw Jimmy and Jimmy placed glasses on him and he changed his name to Conan Edogawa by two books he saw about mystery. Conan now lives with Rachel and her dad Detective Richard Moore (Meitantei Kogoro Mouri) who he says Jimmy took all of his thunder. Now Conan solves Cases with gadgets and knocks out Richard to solve them while he looks for the men in black robe. Jimmy has a rival his name is Heiji Hattori which is the Young Detective of the west he is as smart as Jimmy and has a childhood crush on Kazuha Toyama. Jimmy?s parents came back to Japan to see how their so was their names are Yusaku Kudo and Yukiko and they love Jimmy his dad is a writer and sometimes solves cases and her mom is a actress known in United States. Conan then meets the creator of the experimental pill that made him a kid (AI Haibara) she was working for the blck organization but then she found out they killed her sister and she refused to work and they were gonna kill her so she took the pill trying to kill herself she turned into a kid and got away and went to look for Conan. She then has feelings for Conan. In some episodes Conan transforms back into Jimmy by taking a experimental pill that turns him back that AI created but then he found out that the pill was killing him. Conan becomes friends with his rival. Conan can figure out every case except from the Kaito Kid which is a young boy looks the same as jimmy and is a master thief cause he can change his voice and has gadgets. Kaito kid also has a rival and its from his same school. Conan is getting closer to finding his goal especially with the help of Sr. Agasa, his parents, Rachel, Detective boy club, Ai, and Richard and Detective Meguire. Soon he will want what he wanted to become a teenager again and express his feelings for Rachel and be good buds with Heiji. |
